WE ARE THE IN CROWD

July 29, 2012 St. Petersburg, Fl - We Are The In Crowd made a splash on Vans Warped Tour in more ways than one as Tay Jardine exclaimed "we're all going swimming!" The entire band came out beachside to chat with OFC about WATIC's stellar 2012. On the music front, the band made a splash with new video "Kiss Me Again" which premeired April on MTV channels and online.  The bands' new single featuring Alex Gaskarth from All Time Low is number 19 and climbing on Sirius XM Hits 1.

Following the success of the band's sophomore venture, Best Intentions, which was released on October 4th, 2011, the band has been very busy. WATIC just wrapped up a hectic Warped Tour schedule, played an official SXSW showcase in Austin, TX and took on a headlining international tour with Every Avenue, The Summer Set and Super Prime.

Originally formed as a studio project between Tay Jardine (vocals), Jordan Eckes (guitar/vocals) and Mike Ferri (bass) in 2009, the undeniable musical chemistry of the trio led to the addition of Rob Chianelli (drums) and Cameron Hurley (guitar) and We Are The In Crowd was born. Hailing from Poughkeepsie, NY, the band combines alt-rock elements with straightforward, brutally honest pop music, and quickly caught the attention of Hopeless Records.

Check out the interview and learn more exactly what is a "studio project" and which iconic musicians the band members would, if they could, bring back from dead to work with.

With copious amounts of hard work, a killer debut LP and an international tour ahead, We Are The In Crowd is showing no signs of slowing down any time soon!
